Abstract

This study aspired to have an appropriate system for project management. This study was conducted to create a systematic procedure wherein the system can manage the whole project management. This module focused on initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. The researchers found that the existing system had existing problems, such as a lack of organizing process and monitoring of the project and phases. As studied the problems, we found the solution where we can help in terms of organizing and controlling the project management. Using the agile methodology, the researchers became productive as a whole team. The proponents were given 2 weeks to accomplish every sprint up to the completion of the whole project. Every 2 weeks, each member needs to provide an output for their assigned sprint to make sure that the target time will be achieved until the development will be done. The conducted research by the development team gives way to more opportunities for clients that meet their needs and demands. The proponents successfully created a system that can help and is much more convenient for project managers. The company mostly uses technology and integrated systems to have an easy and convenient way of managing the workforce of the company. The proposed study focused on the selection of contractors, projects, project monitoring, and project budgets. This system can assure future proponents that will be helpful to do massive works and secure the stored data.
