This methodology has Requirement Analysis, Design Document, and Prototype, Iteration, Demo and Feedback, Identify Defects and Resolve Bugs, and Production and Technical Support to develop the proposed system. The users can easily track records and automate giving sanctions; it can generate and connect to other departments for their needed transactions and information. The document management system process is used for organizing, capturing, tracking, approving, storing, accessing, and completing tasks involving business files. The document tracking process is used to track documents and materials assigned to a person or location in this project. Future researchers will benefit from this study because it can give them some significant information that will help them to obtain knowledge about quickly finding files or documents of Document Management and Document Tracking.
