Proposed Medical Information System for Bestlink College of the Philippines

Abstract

The researchers conducted a study in Bestlink College of the Philippines about the medical information system to create a new and improved system that will help the client to lessen their work and store the data privately. The system will also keep the history of the students and can search the student’s data easily. A new and improved medical system that the researchers proposed will help the client to ease many paper works, protect their data security, and ensure that the information of the student that will be put in the system is secured. The system will include the circulation of the system, such as the name of the student, section and strand, gender, age, name of the staff-in-charge, and the time/data in/out. The first stage was to find a client that will become the user and support the statement that the researchers will input in the given information. The researchers made sure that before the researchers, they have the evidence in hand or the questionnaire that will be the basis of their proposed system. The last will be the introduction. After the client gathers all the data that they need, they have to start making anintroduction by using data they gathered from the client. First, the client has to analyze the data that they gathered to make sure that all of the questions were answered. After analyzing, the client has to specify what will be the problem and what will be the objectives. For the researchers to gather information easily, they have to brainstorm to specify the problem. The programmer should be the one who will encode all the functionality of the medical system. The development proposed will be the initial phase where the system analyst and programmer start to make the system. Maintenance happens when the client will have a request to improve the feature design to the system that they will need. It includes the repairmen of the system where there is an outcome, which is experienced by the user. The overall outputs of the medical information system have a huge impact not only on the students but also on the admin. The transaction of the client is rapid now, and they do not need to exert effort when finding the history of the student and the benefit of the proposed system.
