Enrollment System in Bagong Silang High School

Abstract

The enrollment system was created to speed up the processing of each student’s data due to a large number of students in Bagong Silang High School. Thus, we proposed a system that will speed up and prevent the loss of another document and facilitate easy retrieval of student records. The enrollment system was designed to carry out the proficiency involved in student registration to address the slow process due to the lack of a software system. The software system was extremely helpful in student encoding; it can manipulate student encoding in an easy and clear process of the software system. The enrollment system was a success because the system that was used to encode each student’s data worked well. This system aimed to speed up the process of working with enrolling students to save time when using our system. The negative aspect of our system was to pass on our client’s system because they use a laptop. Thus, only a few people can use our system. The result showed that the system should be improved it is focused on the admin side and not on the student’s side. The proposed system is friendly, extremely useful, and safe. It can also help the school administration.
