Abstract

In this study, the researchers determined the level of acceptability of the malunggay milkfish patty. A qualitative method was used as the research design to gather data from the respondents. The total of teachers and studentswas4.1, which had the verbal interpretation of strongly acceptable. Therespondentsapproved our product, including the taste. The respondents also indicated that our malunggay milkfish patty tastes good. It has many health benefits because it has malunggay. The product is also marketable and affordable. The results showed that the respondents agreed on our product, malunggay milkfish patty. It has the same nutritional value that may heal diseases. Therespondentssuggested that the researchers should make this product because it is healthy and will lead to a huge profit. This study determined the overall marketability and affordability of the business. The product also helps prevent several lifestyle-related health problems.
