Abstract

Human resource management involves the strategic utilization of human capital within organizations, encompassing recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations to optimize productivity and foster a positive work environment. This research focuses on Employee Rewards and Recognition as well as Succession Planning.  Based on the data, employee rewards and recognition acknowledge outstanding work, inspiring loyalty and motivation among employees. These programs not only celebrate accomplishments but also foster a culture of gratitude and cooperation within the company. Meanwhile, succession planning identifies and nurtures talent to ensure a smooth transition into leadership positions. By proactively developing future leaders and filling key roles with skilled individuals, organizations can minimize the risks associated with leadership gaps and maintain operational continuity.  When combined, these strategies form essential components of talent management plans, designed to cultivate a productive and sustainable workforce. The system was developed using an approach that prioritizes adaptability, collaboration, and iterative cycles. To foster a culture of appreciation, succession planning, employee recognition, and awards involve regular evaluations and adjustments based on feedback.  Succession planning includes continuous talent identification and development through structured cycles. Cross-departmental collaboration plays a crucial role in discovering and nurturing future leaders. By ensuring that succession planning and recognition initiatives remain dynamic and aligned with evolving business needs, these strategies ultimately enhance organizational resilience and employee engagement. The data we collected helps us build our system by providing all the necessary information to develop its architecture and operational procedures. Additionally, the insights we gathered enable us to identify and design potential features that can be integrated into the system. Recognizing and rewarding employees boosts workplace morale and fosters gratitude and inspiration. Simultaneously, effective succession planning identifies and nurtures internal talent for smooth leadership transitions, ensuring continuity and adaptability. Integrating recognition, rewards, and succession planning enables businesses to invest in long-term growth and stability while celebrating current achievements.
