This project focuses on the creation of a Manager Self-Service Portal designed to integrate wellness journeys, aimed at improving employee wellbeing within the workplace. As organizations place increasing emphasis on the importance of mental and physical health for overall productivity, this initiative offers a strategic solution. The portal will provide managers with tools and resources to support employee wellness, including personalized wellness journeys that promote fitness, stress management, and mental health. By implementing this system, the project seeks to cultivate a healthier, more engaged workforce, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the organization. The development of the Manager Self-Service Portal with wellness journeys was a collaborative initiative involving the Human Resources (HR) department, IT department, and external wellness experts. The project utilized an agile methodology, fostering iterative development and ongoing feedback. The portal was designed using a combination of in-house software development and integration with third-party wellness platforms to provide seamless access to wellness resources. To evaluate its impact, data on employee engagement, usage, and wellness outcomes were gathered through surveys, usage analytics, and participation metrics from wellness programs, enabling continuous refinement of the system. After the implementation of the Manager Self-Service Portal with wellness journeys, there was a marked increase in employee participation in wellness initiatives. Surveys conducted after the launch showed high satisfaction levels, with employees praising the portal's ease of use and accessibility. Additionally, health outcomes improved significantly, including reduced stress levels, fewer instances of absenteeism, and lower healthcare costs. The data also highlighted increased productivity and higher employee morale, particularly among those who actively engaged in wellness journeys through the portal, demonstrating the positive impact of the initiative on both employee well-being and organizational success. The results of this project demonstrate the success of the manager self-service portal with wellness journeys in enhancing employee health and well-being. By empowering managers to actively support their teams' wellness efforts and providing employees with personalized wellness journeys, the organization has fostered a culture of health and productivity. Moving forward, it will be important to continuously monitor and refine the portal to ensure its continued effectiveness. Future research could examine the long-term impact of the portal on employee retention, job satisfaction, and overall organizational performance, offering valuable insights for further improvements.
