Abstract

Having a mobile portal application and an automated payroll system simplifies the management of employee information, reducing the need to consult multiple sources for data. With all information consolidated in one place, generating reports becomes easy. Details regarding attendance, leave, payroll taxes, and more can be accessed conveniently, which is beneficial for tax compliance, legal documentation, and audits that require specific reports to be submitted within tight deadlines.   Additionally, a mobile application enhances security and helps maintain the confidentiality of employee data. It allows for different levels of data access based on user roles, ranging from administrators to employees. For employees, a mobile portal application typically provides access to information about their current status, making it easier to track their salary, benefits, and relevant documents such as deductions and taxes. During the implementation phase, several integration tests were conducted to ensure that the various components of the system functioned together as a cohesive unit. Both automated and manual testing methods were employed, including unit tests and end-to-end tests for each component, to guarantee a smooth data flow between them. An automated testing system was used to routinely check the quality and integration of the code. When issues arose, we followed established debugging procedures and tested code changes to confirm that defects were resolved.
