Human Resource Management is the strategic orchestration of an organization's most valuable asset: its people. It plays a crucial role in attracting, developing, retaining, and leading employees to achieve long-term institutional objectives. However, this research specifically focuses on employee termination, offboarding, surveys, and feedback. Based on the data, the most common issue in offboarding and employee termination is legal compliance—ensuring adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations. The second major concern is confidentiality and security, as handling sensitive information during termination, offboarding, and feedback processes requires strict confidentiality and data protection measures to safeguard employee privacy and prevent breaches of confidential information. Lastly, communication plays a critical role; a lack of clear communication during termination, offboarding, surveys, or feedback collection can lead to misunderstandings, resentment, and mistrust among employees, managers, and stakeholders. The process we used in developing the system follows Agile Methodology: Scrum. First, we analyzed the data gathered and studied how an employee’s information is processed within an organization when they decide to leave. We also examined how surveys were distributed among employees to collect insights and feedback. After analyzing the data, we began allocating and constructing Product Backlog Items, incorporating them into our Sprint alongside our Daily Standup meetings and Sprint Retrospectives. The data we gathered gives us an advantage in constructing our system, providing all the necessary information to design the system architecture and processes required for online deployment. Furthermore, the collected data also gives us insights into potential features that we may implement in our system. Employee Termination, Offboarding, Survey, and Feedback are evolving aspects of organizational HRM processes. These tasks are now automated, ensuring compliance and empowering employee feedback—revolutionizing human capital management. By leveraging agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration, organizations can navigate the complexities of HRM with agility and foresight, fostering sustained success and competitiveness in dynamic business landscapes.
