Abstract

The study examines the membership procedure of Relevanttech Corp, focusing on its key aspects and identifying areas for improvement. Using a quantitative research approach, the study employs a simple random sample of personnel aged 21 to 31. It highlights the need for the company to reassess its membership policy and incorporate feedback from both customers and members. The aim of the study is to optimize overall performance and effectiveness, ensuring the organization's continued competitiveness in the industry by addressing areas that require improvement. The researchers utilized a quantitative research approach, which involves collecting numerical data to address research questions and test hypotheses. This method is often used to generalize findings to a larger population. The participants in the study were fifty (50) members of RelevantTech Corporation, selected using a simple random sampling technique. A survey questionnaire was employed as the primary tool to gather data for the study. The study shows that, of the fifty (50) members of RelevantTech Corporation (RTC), 64% of the respondents are female. The findings emphasize that a positive brand image is key to building credibility and trust, which significantly enhances customer satisfaction. Customers are confident that the business will fulfill its commitments and deliver a high-quality membership experience. Moreover, the membership's cost-saving features increase its attractiveness, as customers are able to save money while enjoying the benefits, making it a practical and appealing choice. Based on the study, it is recommended that the company reassess its membership procedure and consider the feedback and suggestions of its customers and members.
