Using the Agile methodology, the researchers explored a range of options to enhance client satisfaction and project advancement. Researchers worked closely together to improve the user experience for customers using mobile e-commerce apps. The application's simple design, vibrant images, straightforward navigation, and flexible layouts for optimal viewing across various devices were conceived by the researchers and stakeholders. Additionally, to provide a better user experience, seamless transactions, and secure payments, the researchers and stakeholders ensure that the application's security and architecture function flawlessly. The execution of the app will bring convenience to clients by allowing them to order and receive goods at their doorstep using their mobile devices anytime, anywhere. Both stakeholders benefit when the project is carried out successfully. This project demonstrates the effectiveness of having a marketplace and product showcase within a mobile device. The system features the following: the effectiveness of detecting user location for greater accuracy and reduced order delays, and the ability for users to easily track their online purchases. The Apzshop Mobile E-commerce Application aims to take the next step in making shopping on mobile devices more engaging and convenient. It will help both consumers and sellers buy and sell goods online. The market for goods will become more competitive to meet user demand.
