The venture reimagines the iconic flavors of sisig by incorporating them into fried chicken and banana heart-based dishes. Located in Nova Square Mall, Brgy. San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City, Chicksiglaze caters to students, commuters, workers, and local residents. Guided by a mission to offer flavorful and affordable meals, and a vision to become a recognized brand in the food industry, the business is built on the pillars of innovation, accessibility, and quality. The business plan was developed through comprehensive market research, including segmentation analyses—demographic, psychographic, behavioral, and geographic—along with competitor profiling and feasibility studies. Financial projections were prepared using cost-plus pricing, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and budget forecasting. Product offerings were finalized through product testing and sensory evaluations. Marketing strategies incorporated direct selling, social media promotions, and on-ground campaigns such as grand opening samplings.
