This study aimed to assess the service quality of Tata Ilio Pares - Mami House in Zabarte Road, Caloocan City, and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment's service quality, as perceived by its customers.
The study utilized a mixed-method research design, which included the use of questionnaires as the primary instrument for data collection. The respondents of the study were customers who had visited the establishment at least once. The data collected were analyzed using statistical treatment, and the results were presented in terms of the five sub-problems identified in the study.
The findings revealed that the establishment's service quality was generally satisfactory, with some areas for improvement identified. Based on the results, the study recommends that Tata Ilio Pares - Mami House should focus on enhancing its food quality, cleanliness, and customer service to improve its overall service quality. The study also suggests that similar assessments should be conducted regularly to monitor the establishment's service quality and ensure its continuous improvement.
