Abstract

Travel and Tours Management System is an integrated and innovative system that processes
related to travel and tours transactions that are put together to form developing tours for
customers, hiring new employees, logistics for the company's equipment, financial for the
expenses that the company can use, and administration to serve as the main handle of the
entire system. Logistic I management includes operations, primarily warehouse inventory,
deploying or distributing items, acquiring and storing stocks, purchasing orders, requisitioning
vendors and contractors, listing assets, setting and monitoring asset values, and company
project management tracking and reports.

Implementation of the new and modern Travel and Tours Logistic I System, which is owned by
the Mblitz Company, can provide more functions than before. The new Features and
Functions are Web-based system responsive, generating a real-time report from each
module, inventorying items, and monitoring company assets such as Asset Appreciation and
Depreciation. In Travel and Tours Logistics, I will enhance visibility in the supply chain. This
will enable Mblitz Travel and Tours to better control costs, tease out efficiencies, monitor
supply chain problems, and gain insights into opportunities. Implementing the system will be
easy for the users because of its user-friendly, more manageable, less expensive, and time-
efficient system. Star Topology is used because of confidential data transfer security, which
prevents other modules or departments from receiving any data without permission. The
system security is the following: Two Factor Authentication (2FA), Cryptography using Hash
Function SHA 256, User Restrictions, Access Control, and Backup. These will help the Travel
and Tour Logistic I System be more secure.
