Abstract

A Microfinance Management System: Logistic 2 is essential in managing the transactions of
purchased goods and sustaining the RGBC company's effective system. An electronic system
simplifies the entire tracking and monitoring process to produce a quality and efficient way for
their client. The system enables the company to determine a precise and accurate supplier for
their demands and the maintenance and needs of their business vehicle. To meet the
company's demands, particularly in giving the employees efficiency in managing documents,
monitoring, and maintaining the high quality of the organization's services, we provide the
Microfinance Management System: Logistic 2.

In constructing a web-based system for the Microfinance Management System: Logistic 2,
whose submodules are Vendor Portal, Fleet Management, Vehicle Reservation System,
Document Tracking System, and Audit Management, will enable the company to manage their
workload, keep track of all documents and data, and produce better results. Furthermore, this
system will reduce effort and give the employees efficiency in managing documents,
monitoring, and maintaining the high quality of the organization's services.

The Microfinance Management System: Logistic 2 is the project we provide. To improve the
service or process within the company, we analyzed and determined the best approach to
make the service or process specifically to our modules work well within the organization. With
this project, we intend to simplify the management of our existing submodules and improve
the efficiency with which the monitoring team can keep track of the submitted materials.
