Abstract

The Freight Management System automates both the importing and exporting Processes,
making it the total solution for any transport company. Freight Management system helps
businesses with their freight shipping operations. It’s designed to streamline the freight
shipping process and can save businesses time and money. Because some processes and
data are manually produced, the previous Freight Management System has a number of
complexities that cause client inconvenience and lower assurance when it comes to solving
these issues; the Freight Management System Core Transaction 2 was created by reducing
complexity and substituting automated processes. It consists of the following modules:


The result of this study improves the production of the shipping industry globally because it
reduces inefficiencies and easily manages processes through the integration of Freight
Management System Core Transaction 2 of various modules. The Scrum team developed
reliable software through the aid of Agile Methodology and also in providing solutions for the
stated problems. The Freight Management System Core Transaction 2 includes monitoring,
validating, and processing shipments for timely delivery.


It consists of the following integrated modules: Customer Relationship Management for
transaction monitoring, Service Network for various branches communication, Service
Provider that includes alternate service, Schedule and rates to determine appropriate charge
and timeframe, and Standard Operational Procedure for policies and package validation.
