Abstract

This study presented the different issues and problems encountered by graduates of
hospitality management in their respective workplaces. Through research, it will help identify
the different problems and issues in a workplace where we could give solutions. In this study,
we will be discussing how Toxic Work Environments negatively affect the productivity of
individuals in the workplace. A toxic work environment can create trouble, low morality,
negative results, high turnover, and excessive tension. However, behavior, personal
problems, and bad leadership are also factors that can affect productivity in the workplace.
According to Mayo's Management Theory, employees are motivated more by rational factors
such as attention and camaraderie than by monetary rewards of environmental factors such
as lighting and humidity.

The data gathered were analyzed using percentages and weighted mean. Based on the
analysis, it was discovered that most of the respondents are facing problems and conflicts in
their workplace that must be given preferential attention to improve and establish solutions.
Through the process of this paper, the researchers were able to identify the problems faced by
the respondents in their respective workplaces.

This research aims to give knowledge to Bachelor of Science and Hospitality Management
graduates who are facing different problems in their workplace, which is very helpful to avoid
conflict and to improve productivity.
