Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the pandemic on employees at Dusit
Thani Hotel.


Based on the result and the method of description, Table 1 obtained an average based on the
survey of 54% of females and 46% of males working at Dusit Thani Hotel. Table 2 shows the
age of the respondents: 46% are aged 31-40, 36% are aged 30 and below, 16% are aged 41-
50, and 2% are aged 51-60, a total of 100% overall average. Table 3 shows the length of
service 64% are 3-5 years, 16% are 0-2 years, 10% are 6-8 years, 6% are 9-10, and 4% are
11 and above. Table 4 assesses the question, "What are the challenges encountered by
employees during the pandemic" 2.1 got an overall average of 3.4, 2.2 got an overall average
of 3.5, and 2.3 got an overall average of 3.5. Table 5 assesses the question "Changes in the
employees during the pandemic." 3.1 got an overall average of 3.54, 3.2 got an overall
average of 3.74, and 3.3 got an overall average of 3.5.
