Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the sustainability of the Recovery of Eurotel
employee compensation from the pandemic in the past two years, The impact of the pandemic
on Eurotel Hotel, and how the pandemic affected the wage and employment of the employees
of Eurotel hotel.


Based on the general result and the method of description, Table 1 obtained an average
based on the survey of 42% of men and 58% of women who worked at Eurotel Hotel. Table 2
shows the age of the respondents, which ranges from 20 to 30 (44%), from 31 to 40 (32%),
and from 41 to 50 (24%), with a total of 100% overall average. Table 3 shows that 100%
percent of the respondents are in the position of Front Desk average of 34% percent, the
position of Housekeeping 2% percent, the position of Assistant manager 0.1% percent, the
position of Manager 0.8% percent, the position of Visor 0.8% percent, the position of Chef,
12% percent, Security guard 0.8% percent and the last are at the position of Bellman 0.8%.
Table 4 assesses the question, "How does the pandemic affect the employees of Eurotel
Hotel and their wages?" the 2.1 got an overall average of 3.62 verbal interpretation of
"STRONGLY AGREE," and the 2.2 got an overall average of 3.64 verbal interpretation of "
STRONGLY AGREE," and 2.3 got an overall average of 3.60 verbal interpretation of
"STRONGLY AGREE" and the overall result of the 3 is 3.62 mean. Table 5 assesses the
question, "How does the Eurotel hotel management face the changes in giving to their
employee?" The 3.1 received an average mean of 2.36 verbal interpretation of "DISAGREE,"
the 3.2 got an overall average of 1.92 verbal interpretation of " DISAGREE," and the 3.3
overall average mean of 2.16 verbal interpretation of "DISAGREE," and the overall result of
the 3 is 2.14 mean.


Based on the overall result of the survey questionnaire, the descriptive was suitable for the
senses of respondents and was appropriate to the respondents’ experiences. This indicates
that the general characteristics of our survey questionnaire qualify the expectations and
experience of the respondents, and there was a recovery of the Eurotel hotel employee
compensation.
