Abstract

Nowadays, the water control system is commonly used to prevent water wastage. It will help
them to regulate the flow of water. They created this to make a water flow control system that
can be monitored from any distance and display the water usage, the data of which is
recorded and stored in a database. This can help the user reduce the time and energy needed
to operate the valve and monitor the water usage of the tanks or containers. One alternative
that is still available is liquid management, which may be utilized to stop the needless loss of
liquid brought on by overflowing water in commercial properties. A Smart Pneumatic Valve
with a Liquid Level Indicator can be used to control the pneumatic solenoid valve faster than
SMs. Personnel or operators of commercial properties and also business owners can use less
time and effort to control valves. To increase the uniqueness of this design project, the
researchers added a liquid level indicator to monitor the liquid level in containers or tanks and
controls via a software application.

The Smart Pneumatic Valve with Liquid Level Indicator via Software Application controlled
using Arduino is application-based and needs an air compressor to operate. The researchers
have determined that all of the components are compatible with the Arduino Uno
microcontroller platform after testing it. It effectively controls the prototype's functions,
including the solenoid valves and pneumatic cylinders that move in response to an
application's commands.

The discussion of the significant findings proves that the Arduino Uno is an effective control
system for creating and running the hardware and software of the Smart Pneumatic Valve with
Liquid Level Indicator via Software Application controlled using Arduino.
