Abstract

The success of the school as a whole is influenced by the teachers' overall work performance
and their level of happiness or satisfaction with the organization. This study aimed to find out
how satisfied the senior high school teachers were with their jobs. Purposive sampling was
employed at Selected Educational Institutions in Quezon City. Salary and incentives, working
conditions, and personal growth are the factors that measure senior high school teachers' job
satisfaction according to quantitative research conducted through questionnaires.
Additionally, the findings indicated that senior high school teachers' job satisfaction is largely
dependent on their salary, working conditions, and personal growth. These factors also make
it easier for them to decide whether they enjoy their jobs generally or just certain aspects of
them.


For the forgoing analysis and interpretations made in the result, the following findings in
conclusion drawn: schools that are able to offer their teachers a safe, pleasant, and supportive
working environment and adequate compensation are better able to attract and retain good
teachers and motivate them to do their best, the senior high school teachers response as
"Strongly Agree" in terms of working condition.


Based on the result presented, the following recommendation was forwarded: teachers should
consider the job satisfaction of senior high school teachers to speak to more experienced
ones and allow them to be open and proactive in learning some teaching techniques and
discussion. Co-teachers should interact with their colleagues more frequently, which will
greatly affect their job satisfaction and foster stronger bonds, deeper comprehension, and
good interaction models. The students should continue to be active in class, which will greatly
affect their teacher's satisfaction. Be active in class, which will greatly affect their teacher's
satisfaction. Changing the teaching style to accommodate this could bring positive changes in
the students' engagement in the classroom. The school should consider the job satisfaction of
the senior high school teachers to have a faculty in school to engage in relationships with
colleagues, provide privacy, and secure equipment.
