Abstract

The researcher was able to see an actual problem that occurred in each circumstance of
respondents through the process of this study, and there is a need for attention and help for
individuals who are facing this type of difficulty. Barangay Kaybiga should focus on the main
problem of their jurisdiction. Giving an ear to listen to the opinions and queries of the people to
know the better solution to the problem facing the barangay. If the barangay fails to
comprehend the suggestions of the youth and the people, the barangay will not be successful
with its league program, and its jurisdiction will be at risk of juvenile cases, which would make
the problem difficult to anticipate.

It was discovered on the analysis that most of the respondents agree that the barangay league
program has an impact on preventing juvenile delinquency. The barangay Kaybiga
encountered major problems in terms of its league program, and there are measures to
prevent juvenile delinquency to address the problems encountered. On the basis of such
findings, recommendations were made that barangay Kaybiga should strengthen its
community-based program and implement barangay ordinances to protect the youth.
Encouraging community engagement empowered the youth to maintain their strength and
strengthen their weaknesses. The juveniles who developed their skills joined the league
program and sponsored it to improve the social bond of the youth, enhance their skills in the
field of sports, be far from delinquent cases, and maintain their character development.
