A range of techniques are included in service quality management to evaluate the quality of
services in accordance with client expectations. Additionally, it entails the ongoing upkeep
and observation of all customer services to monitor changes and evaluate the effectiveness
of improvement activities. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management framework
based on the belief that an organization can build long-term success by having all its
members, from low-level workers to its highest-ranking executives, focus on improving
quality and, thus, delivering customer satisfaction. The researcher would like to know if the
staff provides the right service to the customers and how the management will handle their
employees when it comes to problem crises.
The respondents provided information based on their personal experiences in the An
Assessment to quality management practice toward job performance of the employee at the
selected convenience store in Bagong Silang Caloocan City. According to the process used
to collect data, "STRONGLY AGREE" was the most often chosen among the 50
respondents.
The Company should map the quality framework management process using flow charts. It
is an excellent way to pinpoint areas that need improvement. The Company should engage
its employees and motivate them to contribute to higher quality management outcomes by
giving them a reward and a clear understanding of how to enhance their performance. All
team member should be involved in the decision-making process and should feel
comfortable sharing their thoughts and solutions in an open environment. Each individual
should have their team's support and commitment not only when making decisions but also
when carrying them out. It is important not to miss your team's win; it will inspire them even
greater success and can lead to the strengthening of your company.
