Abstract

Many of the 16 to 18-year-old minors were victims or traumatized, which had an impact on
their behavior and led to juvenile criminality. Their future may be impacted by this issue. In
other situations, the victim has been so traumatized that they prefer to be by themselves
rather than interact with others, particularly on those minors who are victims of defamation and
who are pregnant at an early stage. Peers, an unhealthy society, and the environment were
some of the causes of this issue. The goal of this research is to keep children safe and prevent
them from developing bad habits or, at the very least, suicidal thoughts. Other traumas include
damages for emotional pain and suffering, which are often included in compensatory
damages for defamation. A successful plaintiff may also be awarded punitive damages. When
a person or business makes a false statement about another person to a third party or parties
and harms that person's reputation, this is referred to as defamation. Libel is the term for
defamatory statements, whether they are spoken or written. Libel is the term used to describe
written defamatory statements. Cyber libel refers to defamatory statements that are published
online today, while slander refers to defamatory statements that are spoken. Sanctions for
defamation include jail time, fines, and writing restrictions. If someone violates an order not to
punish after being found guilty of defamation in court and receiving a suspended sentence,
they may face the prospect of instant jail.
