Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is one of the problems encountered by the PNP (Philippine National
Police), especially the TMRU (Tactical Motorcycle Rider Unit), which is assigned or given a
task and responsible for conducting patrols in the area of responsibility.


The researcher's design, study respondents, sampling technique, instrument used, instrument
validation and retrieval, instrument administration and retrieval, and statistical data based on
the indicated findings, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Most of the respondents are
31 years old and above and 20 are male, and 20 are female, and most of them are college
graduate. 2. Motorized patrol operation conducted by the Quezon City police district station 5
against juvenile delinquency in north Fairview Quezon city that the respondents “Strongly
Agree” in terms of prevention, rescue, and intervention. 3. The finding shows that the
respondents “strongly agree” that juveniles always struggle when they are being arrested. 4.
The finding shows that formal transferring of those juveniles in prescribed LGUs like
DSWD/Bahay Pag-asa is effective as the solution to reduce juvenile delinquency in North
Fairview Quezon City.
