Abstract

This study discussed the Introduction, Background of the study, Assumptions, Scope, and
Delimitation of the Study, Significance of the study, and Definition of TerMs. The Reserve
Officers Training Corps (ROTC) program is to study the training conducted to gather
information and knowledge about the military organization and to know of the Effectiveness or
impacts of the ROTC program on the cadets or the college students of Bestlink College of The
Philippines. The Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) is tasked to train and develop
college students in the rudiments of Military Service in order to produce capable Armed
Forces of the Philippines (reservists). The reserve officer training corps is to train and develop
college students in the regiments of military service in order to produce capable and efficient
future Commissioned and Non-commissioned Officers in the Regular Forces Armed Forces of
The Philippines, and the vision an ROTC unit that is a principal source of capable reservists,
efficient and effective commissioned and non-commission officers in the regular and Reserve
Forces, Armed Forces of The Philippines. The problem with the ROTC program is having an
injury and being unconscious and also having a weak body can turn into death because of
heavy training, and sometimes students want to leave or escape from the training. The other
problem is having a brutal senior in the ROTC program that may bully the juniors in the basic
course and also the advanced course.
