Abstract

The growth and success of an organization depend heavily on training. The purpose of this
study is to determine the effectiveness of training toward employee work performance in
Private Manpower Agencies. The Private Manpower Agency offers three different kinds of
training. The three of these are compliance training, onboarding training, and orientation
training. This study shows the importance and effectiveness of training; thus, it will
significantly affect performance. In this study, the factors of knowledge, awareness, accuracy,
processing, and submission were all taken to evaluate employee work performance.

The results of this study reveal that the effectiveness of training toward employees' work
performance is "effective" in terms of knowledge and awareness, while the accuracy was
"least effective." The challenges encountered by the employees to their work performance
after attending training in terms of processing is being unable to process the given task more
easily and, in terms of submission, always needing to re-do their work. This study
recommended that the company should use the training needs assessments procedure by
conducting regular audits and assessments; it will help the company to give more attention to
terms of errors to improve accuracy, implement step-by-step procedures, and provide actual
materials in order to have a quality process. This will help the company reduce the cost and
time spent and help the employees prevent reworks. Lastly, the company should dedicate
more time to employee training and focus more on giving them quality and skills training.

Based on the gathered data and conclusions about the effectiveness of training towards
employees' work performance in Private Manpower Agencies and to fully understand how
effective the training is and its impact on employees' work performance, this study leads the
researchers to determine the effectiveness of training and what are the challenges faced by
the employees to their work performance after attending training. When an employee has
enough time and days for his training, he can become a skilled and knowledgeable employee
who can help the company to rise.
