Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a business approach that involves the integration of
social and environmental concerns in a company's operations and interactions with
stakeholders. One of the ways that companies demonstrate their CSR commitment is through
medical mission programs.


The results revealed that the majority of the beneficiaries are aged between 26-30 years old,
female, with a monthly income of 5,000-9,999, high school and college. In the assessment of
the respondents on the impact of CSR in terms of philanthropy, respondents strongly agree
that the beneficiaries of the program are satisfied with the medical attention and the basic
services provided by the company; when it comes to operational improvements, majority of
the respondents strongly agree that the beneficiaries become aware to the operation of the
company program and lastly in terms of business-model transformation company can collect
ideas and suggestions for the enhancement of CSR program are strongly agree or highly
effective. The findings reveal that the lack of financial resources is a challenge in DYYYS.
There are some guides for program enhancement to improve the CSR program of DYYYS to
help the company and society.


From the results, the following recommendation is the company may focus on providing the
program to anyone regardless of age, gender, monthly income, and educational attainment
since prioritizing everyone is one of the best things that a company can do that no other
company can do, the company may focus on philanthropic responsibilities since most of the
beneficiaries are with the company who have a philanthropic responsibilities and giving
priority to people, the company may have a financial budgeting plan to ensure that essential
resources are accessible as required to carry out strategies and attain organizational
objectives and company may use the guidelines made by the researchers in able to improve
the program that already exists on the business.
