The Level of Customer Satisfaction of the Ohayo Milktea Shop in Quezon City: Basis for Marketing Strategies

Abstract

Marketing strategy is used by all types of businesses and organizations, and it is conducted
in many different ways. The term "marketing strategy" refers to a company's entire plan for
reaching out to potential customers and converting them into buyers of the goods or services
the company offers.


The findings of the study clearly depict that the majority percentage of the respondents
which is 68% of the (50) buyers, are mostly 21-30 years old, and most of them are
unemployed. The respondents assessed the level of customer satisfaction of Ohayo Milk
Tea Shop in terms of product, price, place, and promotion. The statistical data clearly shows
the two variables, male and female levels of customer satisfaction, obtained the overall
weighted mean of 11 with 24 degrees of freedom. The z-value of -0.12 with p valued (0.91)
is p<0.5 since the z-value ( -0.12) is greater than p<.05; thus, the null hypothesis is
accepted. It concludes that there is no significant between male and female levels of
customer satisfaction. Based on the findings, the most distinct problem the customers of
Ohayo Milk Tea shop encountered was that the product of the tea shop was not as tasty as
others. Other customers were not satisfied with the product, garnering the highest frequency
of 22 or 44%, while the least commonly encountered problem was the store not being
located in an easily accessible place.


The result of this study would be beneficial to the management of Ohayo Milk Tea Shop,
specifically to the selected Ohayo branch along Quezon City. In accordance with the honest
results of the survey, the majority speak in favor of enhancing it by focusing on how to
consolidate engagement when it comes to good communication, satisfaction, and
relationships at work. Along with that, the other suggestions of respondents are providing
absolute solutions for the betterment of the business and the workforce as well.
