Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the product quality of City Boy Brew in terms of
taste, presentation, price, and aroma to determine the business’s success.

From the result of this study, it appears that the evaluation of the taste, presentation, and
aroma is “agree.” The problems encountered by City Boy Brew revealed that the biggest
problem encountered by the coffee shop is the price of the coffee because most of the prices
are not affordable for some customers to the point where it is nearly impossible for them to
make a profit and difficulties in maintaining the consistency of income

This study recommended that City Boy Brew lower the price so that other customers can
afford it, but the quality is still the same. Based on the findings, the researchers developed
guidelines for the City Boy Brew.
