Abstract

A beauty vlog is a type of video blog that focuses on makeup, skincare, haircare, and other
beauty-related topics. Beauty vloggers create content to share their personal experiences,
tips, and tricks with their audience. To create a successful beauty vlog, it is important to have
a strong understanding of the latest trends in the industry, as well as a passion for beauty
and a willingness to experiment with new products and techniques. The purpose of the study
is to determine Bestlink College of the Philippines' decision-making towards using makeup
products in terms of credibility, content, and persuasion.
The assessment of purchase decision-making in makeup products is strongly agreed upon
by influencing these makeup brands in terms of credibility, persuasion, and content. The
problems encountered by the users are the lack of diversity, biased reviews, unrealistic
expectations, misleading information, and inconsistent results.
The results revealed that the majority of the respondents very strongly agree that the vlogger
uses and recommends products that are widely known and respected in the industry in
terms of credibility, the vlogger has a charismatic personality that viewers find engaging in
terms of persuasion, the vlogger provides tips for using the product effectively in terms of
content. The researchers recommend the High Professionalism of Vlogger Influencers in
terms of credibility. Offer Exclusive Discounts in terms of persuasion. Differ product from
other products in terms of content. Overall, the researchers recommend enhancing the
promotion of makeup products by proposing an enhancement plan that can help the makeup
industry.
