Healthy eating habit is an overall way on how we interact with and approach vegetables in our life. The researchers conducted this study to promote healthy eating habits among grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management Strand students because they have noticed that many students do not consider the recommended amount of vegetable intake in their daily meal either because of personal taste or lack of appetite and interest in eating vegetables. The researchers used a descriptive research design to describe those students who took part in the study. To gather data, the researchers disseminated survey forms to 50 selected grade 12 Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM)students from the MWF schedule that were gathered through convenience sampling to accomplish the survey method. Based on the results of the study, conducting vegetable planting promoted a healthy lifestyle among grade 12 ABM students in terms of the following: (1) Healthy eating habits–The students started to eat vegetables by buying the viands provided by the school canteen. The students understand the importance of eating vegetables that is why they always prefer meals with vegetables. (2) Vegetable consumption –The students’ vegetable consumption increased after conducting the study. They are eating vegetables not only in school but also at home. (3) Strong immune system –The students were able to resist common diseases and can always perform well in school. They gave importance to their health and lessen the stresses they feel. Then, the vegetable planting developed the strong the immune system of the students, thereby making them strong and lessening the common illness they have. The researchers recommended the students practice adding and eating vegetables to their daily meals. For teachers, they should continuously guide and remind the students to eat vegetables and their importance and benefits. To school administrators, they should monitor the menus in the food court, making sure that it includes vegetables and healthy foods. They should also conduct a seminar regarding vegetable planting. Lastly, future researchers should conduct a study that is concerned with the health of the students.
