Abstract

In this study, the proponents focused on the innovation of the manual process of the Legal Management module. This study focused on the problem of losing files, such as permits, notice legal letters, and memorandums, manual filing for a case that can take a longer time to solve or see the process, a pile of a load of contracts and legal papers that can be lost in the future, which are the most important files of this study. The proponents focused on developing a system that can turn a load of paper works in a one-click process and paperless system. The proponents used a methodology called agile scrum, which is commonly used for product development, especially for software development. The product owner is the product key that represents the users and customers. The scrum master is responsible for the function and helps the team in uses the scrum process. The proponents’ findings were pivotal; most of the hotel industry used the manual process of administration. Having important files with multiple copies may cause a leakage. The proponents came up with an effective solution to solve the needs of legal management transactions and the employees that manage them. The proponents concluded a comprehensive, integrated information system that helps the process, managed, and facilitated the aspect of legal management. The proponents recommended that the problem in a system can be solved by studying and finding a basis to create and secure to help a user good service. The proponents recommended this system because it has user-friendly, accurate, and real-time processes.
