Abstract

Strawberries are bright red, juicy, and sweet. They are an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese. Strawberries also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium. Strawberries are usually consumed raw and fresh. These berries can also be used in a variety of jams, jellies, and desserts. Strawberries mainly consist of water (91%) and carbohydrates (7.7%). Jamscontain only minor amounts of fat (0.3%) and protein (0.7%). This study used an experimental research design. The respondents were selected randomly by using “lottery” or “fishbowl” method. The researchers utilized a survey questionnaire to collect the data. The respondents assessed strawberry mint brownies in terms of several variables. In terms of taste, the respondents obtained a weighted mean of 3.75, which indicated that the product was acceptable. In terms of nutritional value, the respondents obtained a weighted mean of3.65, which showed that the product was acceptable. In terms of texture, the weighted mean for the respondents was3.97, which showed that the product was acceptable. In terms of aroma, the respondents obtained a weighted mean of3.75, which indicated that the product was acceptable.It is believed that strawberries is an acceptable product. Most of the respondents like our product; based on our survey,90% of our respondents left a good comment, and 10% of the respondents left bad comment.
