Feasibility Study of Melcheesartuza

Abstract

In this generation, pizzas are expensive because of their ingredients. Some of the main ingredients in pizza include pork, ham, and hotdog, which is why pizzas became famous and expensive. Pizza Hut and Greenwich are examples of a pizza store that has famous and expensive pizzas. This study showed the uniqueness of this product because of the ingredients used. Onion contains chromium and vitamin C, which can help to regulate blood sugar, and bell pepper contain a high level of antioxidants. The researchers chose an experimental research design because our product is experimental. The researchers chose a simple sampling technique and used extraction to choose the respondents. The researchers used a survey questionnaire as an instrument to know what is the results and what we can change. The respondents agreed and checked the taste. In terms of taste, aroma, nutritional value, and presentation, and composition, the weighted mean for the students was3.86, with the verbal interpretation of strongly agree (SA) in students frequency, while that teachers was4.26, with the verbal interpretation ofSA. This research focused on the level of feasibility of Melcheesartuza in Grade 12 Home Economics students in Bestlink College of the Philippines. This paper also showed how the researchers came up with the product. The results showed that their product is feasible. The respondents recommended that the texture of the dough should be improved. The respondents also recommended that the researchers should need to explain the nutrients in the product.
