Marketability of Bitter Melon Milk Tea

Abstract

Milk tea has been a huge hit in the market in the Philippines. Milk tea is a good business particularly in our country because some Filipinos are a fan of milk tea as a substitute beverage to soft drinks. Milk tea also has different flavors that suit Filipinos’ tastes; hence, many Filipinos are hooked on it. The research instrument that was used in this study to gather the data was a survey questionnaire. This survey questionnaire consisted of four questions. Based on the findings, bitter melon has a good taste, price, presentation, and nutrients. Thus, bitter melon milk tea is acceptable in the market. It provides vitamins to our body, such as vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, and zinc, which reduces our blood sugar. Hence, bitter melon milk tea is good for young people who love milk tea.
