The widespread integration of digital technology into students' daily lives has become a double-edged sword. While digital tools provide unparalleled access to information and enhance modern learning, they also contribute to digital dependence and distractions that may hinder academic and personal growth. This study examines the impact of Digital Detox on Grade 12 students at Bestlink College of the Philippines - Bulacan Inc., focusing on how abstaining from digital devices affects their well-being, academic performance, and social interactions. Given the deep reliance on digital technology, exploring Digital Detox is essential in addressing its potential negative effects on students. This study adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing a structured survey questionnaire administered to Grade 12 students. Random sampling is used to ensure equal representation of the student population. The questionnaire features Likert scale items to assess students' experiences with Digital Detox and its perceived effects on psychological well-being, academic performance, and social interactions. By analyzing the collected data, the study aims to provide valuable insights for educators, parents, and policymakers, promoting a more balanced approach to digital engagement among Grade 12 students. The findings indicate a limited understanding of digital detox among students, underscoring the need for education on its benefits. Reactions to reduced device usage range from initial resistance to long-term advantages, such as improved focus and reduced stress. However, challenges in implementation, primarily resistance and peer pressure, can be mitigated through clear communication and the gradual adoption of healthier digital habits.. The study highlights both the benefits and challenges of implementing a digital detox program for senior high school students. It emphasizes the need for a supportive environment that fosters both well-being and academic success. Additionally, the findings stress the importance of educating students on the advantages of digital detox and addressing implementation barriers through effective communication strategies.
