Parental involvement is widely recognized as a key factor influencing students' academic performance and overall development. Studies suggest that active parental engagement leads to improved academic outcomes, better behavior, and enhanced social skills. This research explores how parental involvement affects the academic performance of Grade 12 students at Bestlink College of the Philippines – Bulacan, providing insights that may help students, parents, and educators foster a more supportive learning environment. This study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of academic records and survey data with qualitative insights from interviews. This method ensures a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between parental involvement and student academic performance. Data were gathered while considering participant demographics and ethical guidelines. Findings indicate that parental involvement significantly influences students' academic performance. Respondents reported that consistent parental support, such as monitoring school progress, assisting with homework, and attending school activities, contributes to better academic outcomes. The results are systematically presented in tables for clarity. The study highlights the crucial role of parental engagement in students’ academic success. When parents actively participate in their child's education through communication with teachers, involvement in school activities, and support at home, students tend to perform better academically. Strengthening the collaboration between parents, teachers, and students fosters a supportive learning environment, ultimately enhancing academic achievement.
