In this generation, many businesses integrate information systems to improve their business processes. It has become a crucial tool for businesses to thrive and succeed. The main purpose of this study is to identify the impact of information systems on business operations, the challenges that Home Health Care Incorporation has encountered, and its solutions. This study utilized survey questionnaires for twenty (20) employees in various departments, such as Finance, Human Resources, and Administration. Findings stated that information systems could help the business process in terms of operational efficiency, data accuracy, speed in service, and strategic decision-making. The findings also showed that poor internet connectivity was the respondents' main problem in using IS services such as QuickBooks and Sprout. In light of such difficulties, subscribing to offline versions of IS is recommended, as it allows users to manipulate the data and then use sync manager tools to update/sync the data once an internet connection is available. Conducting regular maintenance and updates of IS services is also recommended.
