Abstract

Previous research underscores the critical role that customer feedback and evaluations play in the restaurant industry. However, a significant challenge arises from the lack of oversight or approval of these reviews. Frequently, customer feedback is published without proper scrutiny, regardless of its relevance or accuracy. This unregulated system can facilitate the spread of false or misleading reviews, potentially tarnishing the restaurant’s reputation. Consequently, negative or inaccurate feedback can undermine the restaurant's credibility, diminish customer trust, and erode its competitive advantage in the market. Effective moderation and approval mechanisms are essential to safeguard the integrity of reviews and maintain a positive brand image. Resto incorporated Agile principles while creating and launching an easy-to-use web-based feedback and reviews system. The procedure began with comprehensive requirements-collection meetings and a joint endeavor that included software developers, designers, and subject matter specialists. By means of repeated prototyping, evaluation, and ongoing improvement, they utilized advanced web technologies to improve the system. Feedback systems, including surveys and interviews, were put in place to guarantee continuous input, and the system was launched in various restaurants with extensive support and upkeep. Tracking essential performance indicators, such as order fulfillment durations and customer satisfaction ratings, enabled the assessment of system effects. In the end, by providing comprehensive project descriptions and results to enhance document and item management for the client's operations The management system for restaurants, Resto, has implemented proactive measures to improve the feedback and review process at Anaa restaurant. By utilizing Resto4's sophisticated capabilities, Anaa restaurant can now proficiently oversee and regulate customer feedback. This integration guarantees that all feedback is carefully approved by the restaurant's admin prior to being shown publicly, reducing the chances of irrelevant or misleading reviews Customer opinions and evaluations are essential in the restaurant sector, yet the absence of moderation can result in misleading and incorrect reviews, damaging a restaurant's reputation. To tackle this, eateries need to establish a strong moderation system. By implementing review approval systems and utilizing sophisticated feedback tools for categorization and filtering, restaurants can guarantee that only pertinent and genuine feedback is shown
