By leveraging Artificial Intelligence, it automates the management of employee records, ensuring accurate, efficient, and optimized handling of staff information to support data-driven decision-making. This innovative solution streamlines HR processes, fosters employee engagement, and improves operational efficiency in freight management operations. The development of Freight Management System: Human Resource 1 with AI-Driven Employee Records Management utilized the Agile Scrum methodology, organizing work into iterative sprints to enhance product quality through continuous client collaboration. The process included detailed planning, execution phases, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, ensuring effective progress monitoring and rapid issue resolution. The system architecture embraced microservices technology, allowing for independently deployable modules that manage employee data, track attendance, conduct performance evaluations, oversee offboarding, and generate comprehensive HR analytics reports. This modular design promotes scalability, maintainability, and seamless integration within freight management operations. . The Freight Management System: Human Resource 1 successfully achieved its primary objective by integrating artificial intelligence to streamline and optimize HR operations, particularly in managing employee records. The system features a comprehensive suite of functionalities, including Employee Management, Performance Evaluation, Attendance and Time Tracking, Employee Self-Service, Offboarding Management, and HR Analytics Reporting, ensuring accurate data handling, improved employee engagement, and enhanced organizational efficiency.
