Abstract

The restaurant and hotel industry is currently undergoing substantial change, driven in part by developments in digital technology. This shift has encouraged hotels and restaurants to seek new methods to enhance client experiences. Businesses that offer guests convenience and flexibility—such as seamless online ordering, easy access to hotel amenities, and participation in reward programs—are essential to guest satisfaction. The Anaa: Hotel and Restaurant Management System was created to integrate these critical components into a cohesive platform. This integration aims to enhance the overall visitor experience and increase operational efficiency in hotels and restaurants. The development of The Anaa system was guided by an understanding of the challenges faced by the hospitality sector and the emerging trends in digital technology. Extensive research was conducted to ensure that the system was developed and implemented in a manner that is flexible and responsive to evolving market demands.
