Abstract

This business plan generally focuses on the establishment of Vedget Burpan, a small-type business that offers a variety of healthy products, considering the problem and all the factors and processes that shareholders need to execute and evaluate to reach its objectives and sustain the business operation. The business utilizes the Marketing Mix Strategy (4Ps) for its marketing strategy: Product, Price, Promotion, and People, to effectively gain customers' trust, loyalty, and satisfaction. Based on the projected costs and sales of Vedget BurPan, they expect a return on investment of 70.09% in the 2nd month of operation. The recommendations of enhancing the food stall, incorporating financial data, and implementing marketing strategies will be executed by the shareholders for the sustainability and successful implementation of the business. In summary, the study outlines the plans, processes, and strategies on how to establish an innovative business with the objective of providing nutritious products in Holy Spirit, Quezon City, Philippines. 

 

The sustainability of the business will be gained through the strict implementation of the business strategies and policies. The financial statement, comparative income statement, comparative profit-loss sharing, and comparative balance sheet show that the products are affordable, making it feasible for the business to succeed.
