Abstract

Fusion Bites is a culinary delight that introduces a new way of making an existing food and makes it innovative. The business offers a product featuring mushroom chicharon, also called chicharoom, to change what everyone is used to when eating chicharon made with meat. To become a leading mushroom chicharon snack supplier in the Luzon area, Fusion Bites aims to provide delicious food that brings joy to customers while giving them satisfaction by competitively offering fresh and good-quality mushroom chicharon at a cost-effective price. There are different types of flavors that can be offered to customers, giving them a new taste and experience of eating chicharon. The main flavors are sour cream and barbecue. Packed in a zip-lock-sealed pouch, it comes in a one-size-fits-all, eco-friendly material. The business will be rented at 148 Banlat Road, Barangay Tandang Sora, Quezon City, for an area of 18 square meters. It has all the necessities and visibility along the road to attract more potential customers. Furthermore, Fusion Bites sells through a promotional stall, delivery service, and an online sales platform, such as a Facebook page, which enables the business to connect with its customers hassle-free, as the product can be delivered right to their homes for convenience. Fusion Bites, which has a capitalization of 27,500 pesos and an investment of 2,500 pesos from each partner, employs eleven people in its first year of operation. Fusion Bites is expected to earn 40,086.65 pesos, and the return on investment is 145.77%. The statistics in the income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet show that the business's pricing targets are achievable. The ownership structure of Fusion Bites is a general partnership. All the co-owners have equal responsibility, profits, and losses for the company. This arrangement gives partners in the business unlimited liability for partnership commitments, extending to their personal assets.
