Abstract

Churroloko is an inventive fusion of hot chocolate drinks, conceived in February 2024 through the collaborative brainstorming of eleven team members. The business plan primarily focuses on the establishment of Churroloko, aimed at offering an option for those who appreciate a balanced taste without excessive sweetness. Churroloko is a type of snack that offers a variety of unique flavors. Churroloko is designed to be an enjoyable and affordable snack, ideal for people of all ages, particularly students and local residents. The concept was born out of a desire to offer a unique treat that combines the comforting warmth of hot chocolate with a satisfying snack. It’s something that not only provides a delightful experience for individuals but also makes for a great gift to share with friends and family. The researchers' decision to create Churroloko stemmed from their commitment to providing an affordable yet delicious option to satisfy the cravings of their target customers, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a tasty, cozy snack without breaking the bank. Our vision is to become one of the most patronized small businesses known for selling tasty and unique snacks and desserts. Our mission is to provide affordable, high-quality snacks and desserts for customers. The Churroloko will reward loyal customers by giving them a loyalty card, discounts, and other special offers. This small business was visualized in February 2024 and is located at 11 Sapphire Street, Millionaires Village, Bestlink College of the Philippines, Novaliches Bayan, Quezon City. With a capital of 55,000, it has 11 members in the partnership. The target audience is 5 years old and above, of all genders, including students and non-students, employed and unemployed individuals, professionals and proprietors, and residents near the business area. On average, Churroloko is expected to have a return on investment within 6 months of operation, with a percentage of 50.80%. Churroloko's financial statements, such as the income statement, changes in owner’s equity, and cash flow statement, not to mention the financial analysis, show that the business's prices are workable because the products are affordable.
