VLOG IN ENHANCING THE STUDY HABIT AND ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF GRADE 12 STEM STUDENTS

Vlogs have become a popular platform for sharing information such as study tips, motivational advice, and related content. As the modern world evolves, the influence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) continues to shape how learners access educational materials and develop their study habits. A quantitative research design was used, employing surveys to assess students’ perceptions. The study utilized a descriptive research methodology with cluster sampling, focusing on 50 Grade 12 STEM students as respondents. The findings revealed the usability of the developed vlog with the following grand means: Content (3.95), Clarity (3.55), Originality (3.74), and Perceived Benefits (2.73). Overall, the grand means ranged from 2.73 to 3.95. This study investigated the impact of study habit vlogs on students’ learning habits and academic performance. The findings suggest that vlogs offering study tips provide valuable insights for students aiming to enhance their academic achievements. Moreover, the study indicates that these vlogs serve as practical tools that can be integrated into students’ learning routines to help improve academic performance.
