Guzent Inc., a crane and trucking rental company, faces growing challenges in human resource management as operations expand. Manual HR processes, inconsistent performance evaluations, and lack of compensation equity create inefficiencies and risk employee dissatisfaction. This study aims to address these issues by developing and implementing an integrated Human Resource Management System called Crane and Trucking Rental Management System: Human Resources II that focuses on automation, fairness, and scalability. This study employs Agile Scrum methodology, enabling iterative development through sprint cycles with roles such as Scrum Master and Product Owner. Requirements are gathered through consultations with HR personnel and industry stakeholders. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL for backend processing and database management and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface design and interactivity. Deployment is on a secure Indefinite Webhosting server. Key features include automated payroll computation, employee performance tracking, benefits management, compliance monitoring, and compensation equity analytics using H2O.AI. Role‑based access control and a user‑friendly dashboard ensure ease of use for managers and employees. The implemented system automated major HR processes, significantly reducing manual workload, errors, and delays. Payroll, benefits processing, and compliance reporting were streamlined, improving accuracy and operational speed. The integration of H2O.AI enabled real-time compensation equity analysis, supporting fairer and more transparent salary decisions. The system’s interface and access controls facilitated secure, efficient use across departments, while its web-based deployment ensured centralized reporting and 24/7 availability. This study contributed to Guzent Inc.'s digital transformation by providing a scalable and intelligent HR solution. It improved overall HR efficiency, promoted data‑driven decision-making, and enhanced employee engagement through performance transparency and compensation fairness. The system demonstrated the value of integrating machine learning into HR information systems, offering practical solutions to industry challenges. Future research may explore integration with GPS tracking, financial management systems, and predictive maintenance analytics. Scaling the system to support multiple branches or franchises could further increase commercial viability.
