Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control of time spent on activities to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Time management is a skill that every student should possess to achieve their goals. It is also important in the subject of Practical Research 2 because the process of conducting research requires a long time. Time is an infinite source, but we have to use it properly. To achieve effective time management, discipline, focus, and determination are a must. It can benefit students, especially if they were forced to do the tasks simultaneously. The researchers used qualitative and descriptive methods to determine and answer the questions and give perspectives that can help the researchers in finding reliable sources of information. The researchers used the sampling technique to choose respondents from each section. The researchers found out that time management has many benefits but if it was neglected, there will be consequences that will make the students suffer. Effective time management helps the students finish their tasks before the given deadline, passing the exam, becoming ready, and will develop their communication skills. However, the consequences that the students will encounter without proper time management are cramming, poor communication skills, and low confidence. Some respondents recommended that students must prioritize important tasks instead of unnecessary matters to avoid such consequences. Most of the respondents agreed that time management will help the students to pass the exam, become ready for the tasks, and finish the tasks before the given deadline.
