The challenges encountered by respondents in time management utilization that reflects the highest rank among the 6 identified problems or challenges point out to: Procrastinating.
The results revealed that time management can really help students in managing their task. The researchers recommend students should focus on managing their time in terms of studies over personal interest. In other words, students should prioritize studies and use their free time in their personal interest and student should learn to use time management to finish task at the right time. Students should use calendars for deadlines of the task to avoid confusion and late submission. The researchers also recommended parents to monitor their students/child at home and guide them to balance their time in managing their studies and other responsibilities. The researchers learned that time management is essential to everyone who are struggling with their tasks and to avoid the problems that might be encountered such as procrastinating, not prioritizing task, and distractions.
