Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of performance appraisal on employees’ motivation and productivity in terms of punctuality, accountability, leadership capabilities, and teamwork.

The study made use of the descriptive research approach, whereby twenty-five (25) Ristorante Bigoli staff members were intentional.

From the results of this study. It shows that The respondents described on how do the following affect the employee’s appraisal on motivation and productivity as “Strongly Agree” in terms of their experience with their company.

The benefits received by employees by having a performance appraisal are incentive plan, uniforms and equipment, meal allowance, paid time off, and flexible schedules and there is a guideline proposed to enhance standard employees' appraisal with the goal of increasing motivation and productivity.
